These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Review Hive Review Management solution (“Service”) provided by Review Hive. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

1.1 Subscription Options: Review Hive offers two subscription plans:

a) Monthly Subscription: The monthly subscription plan is available for £10 per month.

b) Yearly Subscription: The yearly subscription plan is available for £100 per year.

1.2 Free Trial: Review Hive offers a 14-day free trial period for new customers. During the trial period, you can access the full features of the Service without any charges. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan and provide payment details to continue using the Service.

1.3 Payment Processing: Payment for the Service is processed by Stripe, and you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions.

2. Account Creation and Usage

2.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account with Review Hive. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Review Hive shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2.3 Usage Restrictions: You agree to use the Service solely for your own business or personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service to engage in any unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent activities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership: The Service, including all content and intellectual property rights, is owned by Review Hive or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3.2 License: Review Hive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. This license is solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Termination by Review Hive: Review Hive reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. In case of termination by Review Hive, you will not be entitled to any refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Review Hive does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5.2 Review Hive does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service. You acknowledge that the success of your business or the impact of the Service may vary based on various factors beyond Review Hive’s control.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Hive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, even if Review Hive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

7.1 Review Hive reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Review Hive website. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

By using the Review Hive service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
